1. How do i install the Driver Pre Use Defect App?
Our apps are compatible with any device and any browser. Our onboarding team will provide you with the nessercary QR Codes to down and install the application. If you opt for a engineer onsite, this will be done during your training session.
2. What's training is available?
Training is always available free of charge at our head office in Derbyshire. During your onboarding, training will be conducted. Follow up training can be arranged at anytime.
3. How do I choose a plan?

Fleet users are priced per vehicle and asset, very simply priced the same as the paper equivalent, however with all the benefits of a cloud based digital fleet management solution.

Workshop and mobile Repairer uses are fixed pricing per user, which unlike some providers. This does not change, helping you budget a fixed cost to the platform.
4. I have an issue with my account
Our standard help desk times are 9 - 5pm. if you are on our enhanced support, this is available 24/7. And unlike more support, will skip any waiting, 1st line support and go direct to a key person.
5. Can you integrate with other internal systems?
Unlike other providers, Vapta runs solely off a fully cloud based API driven gateway connecting all our modules, this allows us to integrate with any other software with ease. The challenge comes if the other provider doesnt have any form of capability.
6. How does Vapta handle my data and privacy?
